The TranSoftGroup Corp. provides to its employees all necessary conditions
for effective work. The employee is given a job place with a modern computer

Working day – 7,5 hours plus 1,5 hour is a break for a dinner and 1 hour to
four coffee-breaks.
Working week – 5 days. Saturday and Sunday are days-off except one Saturday
of the month which is a working day at the 5 working hours schedule.
If
there is a wish one could work without restrictions on days-off. A paid leave
is given to every our employee at wanted period of time.
Those
employees who live in Uzhgorod arrive to Mukachevo every working day on the
company’s transport. The arrivals of those employees who live on other cities
of the region are paid on the company’s cost.
The
employees of the Corporation are given 5 hours of Internet for their home
use.
The
Corporation owns a library that constantly is replenished with technical literature
and has subscriptions on periodical editions of computer magazines.
The modern office building of the Corporation has every necessary things for

Four times a day we have coffee-breaks. All this exists at the Corporation’s

The general requirements to all the claimants are as following: ability of
quick studying, decency, neatness, self-possession, ability of working in
one team. The knowledge of English
at the level of fluent reading of technical documentation is not strongly
obligatory but is welcomed .
For
every claimant knowledge of operational systems Windows 9x/2000/XP or Linux
is obligatory.
Such knowledge are necessary for the programmers:

One of the languages of programming: C++, Java, C#, PHP;
• Methods of working with one of the relational databases: SYBASE, MySQL,
Microsoft SQL, InterBase.
The
presence of created products and also the experience in other branches is
not obligatory but is viewed as a positive criterion for a claimant.
The
candidate will be interviewed on general and technical questions. Then a trial
period is appointed for him – from 1 to 3 months or he could be proposed to
study on training courses.
Training
courses are viewed by Corporation as one of the stages of employing as a programmer
those claimants, whose knowledge are not sufficient for a making a decision
of employment regarding interview results, but
who have the other characteristic features quite acceptable .
The
Courses are of an individual character. The candidate will have a supervisor,
an experienced person of the Corporation team, and individual tasks. For the
passing the courses the possessing a computer by a candidate is obligatory.
By
the training courses result a candidate can be proposed a work in the Corporation.
